Start with the airline and flight number, then confirm the terminal near travel day. JFK's official pickup guidance reserves terminal curbs for active passenger loading and warns that construction can lengthen pickup and drop-off. Avoid treating touchdown as the meeting time with the car. Send the passenger's reachable number, luggage count, destination entrance, and any requested assistance. Review the JFK page when assembling the reservation.
LaGuardia publishes different car-service pickup areas by terminal: across the street at Terminal A, Level 2 of the parking garage at Terminal B, and the arrivals inner lane at Terminal C. Follow the current terminal signs and official car-service instructions, together with the reservation's pickup message. Do not assume the departure drop-off location is also the arrival meeting point. Include the airline so terminal changes can be addressed. Read LaGuardia planning for the request checklist.
Newark's official guidance limits terminal curbs to active pickups and drop-offs; passengers and bags should be ready before a car approaches the curb. Include the terminal and the complete destination, particularly when an airport pickup continues to a Manhattan office. If the passenger needs help getting from the gate, contact the airline separately and state that need in the itinerary. Use Newark planning to connect the flight with the rest of the day.
For an outbound trip, supply the flight's departure date and time, airline, terminal when known, and the airline's check-in requirements. Add time for collecting the group and loading luggage before road travel begins. For a transfer between airports, include both flight numbers and whether bags must be collected and checked again. Confirm the full sequence before booking; a road transfer is only one part of an airport connection.
