Everything Clients Ask Before They Book

How is pricing determined?

Estimated hourly rates: sedan ~$120/hr, SUV ~$150/hr, S-Class ~$230/hr, Sprinter ~$240/hr. Hourly service has a 3-hour minimum. Hourly estimates include modeled gratuity, tax/surcharge, and card fee. Duration totals are rounded independently to the nearest $10. Confirm tolls, parking, waiting time, extra stops, and the final total with the itinerary quote. Request one on the quote page.

Which airports do you serve?

JFK International, LaGuardia, and Newark Liberty are our core airports, with transfers to and from all five boroughs. The JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark pages explain what to include in an arrival or departure request.

Should I include a flight number for an airport pickup?

Yes. Include the airline, flight number, scheduled arrival time, passenger contact, luggage count, and destination. The written confirmation should state how timing changes and terminal pickup instructions will be handled.

Can you handle multi-stop roadshow days?

Multi-stop financial roadshows are a dedicated discipline. The itinerary is sequenced in advance, the chauffeur works from the schedule, and the vehicle remains with the party between stops. See roadshow transportation.

What vehicles are available?

The fleet is organised by class: executive sedans, executive SUVs, and business vans for larger parties and luggage. Specific vehicle assignment is confirmed with your quote. The fleet page describes each class.

How much notice do you need?

As much as you can give, particularly for roadshows and early departures. Single transfers can often be arranged on shorter notice once flights are known. Send the itinerary as soon as it exists and we will confirm availability with the quote.

Can I request a standing corporate arrangement?

Yes. Describe the recurring routes, passenger preferences, billing requirements, and people authorized to make changes. Availability and account terms are confirmed in writing for the requested program.

How long does the journey take?

Travel time in New York always varies with traffic, weather, and terminal conditions. Rather than promise fixed times, we plan buffers into every departure and advise on pickup timing when we quote your itinerary.

Can I request an airport meet-and-greet?

Include the request with the flight and passenger details. The quote and reservation confirmation should specify availability, the meeting point, signage, waiting terms, and any airport-specific restrictions.

Where does the service operate?

Corporate Car Service NYC serves reserved trips across New York City, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, John F. Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Newark Liberty International Airport.
