Event Brief
Javits Center corporate transportation, November and December 2026.
World Business Forum, AI Summit New York, and ICSC New York bring thousands of travelers to Hudson Yards. Here is how to plan the curb, the airport legs, and the long days in between.
Updated October 2026. Event dates and Javits Center logistics were checked against the official Javits Center site and each organizer site on October 2, 2026.
Three events on the Javits calendar
November and December 2026Javits Center, at 655 W. 34th Street in Hudson Yards, hosts a steady run of business events this fall. These three are the ones corporate travelers ask us about most, and each is listed with the same dates on the Javits Center event calendar and on the organizer's own site.
| Event | Dates | Source |
|---|---|---|
| World Business Forum New York | November 4-5, 2026 | Organizer site |
| AI Summit New York | December 9-10, 2026 | Organizer site |
| ICSC New York | December 9-10, 2026 | Organizer site |
ICSC New York and AI Summit New York run on the same two days, December 9 and 10. Two large audiences leaving the same building at the same time puts real pressure on the curb, so reserve early and give your driver a pickup time with room built in. The AI Summit organizers state they expect more than 7,500 attendees.
Organizers can change schedules, so check the organizer site before you lock a pickup time. For anything else on the calendar, use the Javits Center listing directly.
Javits drop-off and pickup logistics
From the official Javits Center visitor information- Designated drop-off and pick-up
Javits Center lists its designated drop-off and pick-up for rideshare and taxi at 38th Street and 11th Avenue, and asks arriving vehicles to follow event signage and traffic personnel. We plan chauffeured arrivals around that point and the instructions on the day.
- Entrances
Main entrances are along 11th Avenue between 35th and 39th Streets. The main entrance is 429 11th Avenue and the north entrance is 445 11th Avenue. Javits notes that specific entry points vary by event, so check your event's attendee information for the door to use.
- Parking
Javits lists 24-hour parking at the Premium Parking lot at 700 W. 34th Street and advises allowing extra time for traffic and garage entry during large events.
- Subway backup
The 7 train stops at 34th Street-Hudson Yards, a five-minute walk from the building. Javits calls the subway the fastest and most reliable option during major events, which makes it a sensible fallback for an attendee who finishes early.
- Accessibility
Javits states the campus is fully accessible, with elevators, accessible restrooms, and sidewalk ramps at entrances. For specific accommodations, the Javits ADA Coordinator can be reached at (212) 216-2196 before arrival. Tell us about wheelchair or mobility needs in the quote request so we can match the vehicle.

Airport to Javits transfers
JFK, LaGuardia, and NewarkJavits Center names all three regional airports as ways in, and each one is a different drive. Start from the flight, not the show. We plan backward from the first session or meeting you cannot miss, then add time for baggage, traffic, and the curb at 38th Street and 11th Avenue.
- Arrivals
Send the airline, flight number, and terminal. Flight details are reviewed before dispatch, and the chauffeur brings you to the Javits drop-off point. Read the planning notes for JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark Liberty.
- Departures
On ICSC New York, the organizer lists Thursday, December 10 registration until 3:00 pm and dealmaking until 3:00 pm, which puts many afternoon departures right behind the closing hour. Book the return leg when you book the arrival so the car is waiting at the pickup point.
- Early starts
ICSC registration opens at 7:00 am on Wednesday, December 9 and dealmaking starts at 8:00 am. Badge pickup is also open Tuesday, December 8 from 12:00 to 5:00 pm. Teams flying in the day before can collect badges on arrival and avoid the morning line.
- Bridge and tunnel
Newark arrivals cross into Manhattan by tunnel or bridge, and the crossing is the least predictable part of the trip. Tell us if the schedule has no slack.
Airport transfers start from $130 in a sedan and $160 in an SUV. The quote confirms the exact total for your airport, time, and vehicle.
Hourly service for a full conference day
One car, one chauffeurA conference day rarely stays in one building. A principal might open at Javits, take a client lunch in Midtown, return for a panel, and finish at a dinner downtown. Hourly service keeps the same vehicle and chauffeur on your schedule, so nobody re-books at each stop or waits at a curb for a new car.
Hourly service has a 3-hour minimum. At the sedan rate, an eight-hour day totals $960, and at the SUV rate it totals $1,200, both with gratuity and fees included. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates, so an eight-hour day begins at $1,400 and $1,600, with the final price confirmed in the booking form.
Give the chauffeur the running order: each address, the hard start times, and who rides at each stop. See the roadshow transportation page for how we handle multi-stop schedules, or the corporate car service page for standing accounts.
Planning for an exhibitor team
People move by car, freight moves through Javits- Freight and booth services
Javits handles freight and booth services itself. Its FAQ says freight must be scheduled in advance through the Freight and Operations page, loading docks are at 369 12th Avenue, and internet and electrical are ordered through the Javits Service Center. Car service does not move freight.
- Staff shuttle
For setup days, a Sprinter or a pair of SUVs can run a team from hotel to hall on one schedule. Setup and move-in dates vary by show and are listed in the exhibitor manual from the organizer, so check that document before booking.
- Executives and clients
Put senior executives and invited clients in sedans or SUVs on their own reservations, separate from the staff run. That keeps a delayed booth meeting from holding up a client pickup.
- Teardown
When every team leaves at once, the curb fills. Ask for pickup times staggered by team rather than one shared time for everyone.
- Vehicle fit
Seating and luggage capacity are confirmed with the quote for the assigned vehicle. If the team carries samples or roll-up displays, say so in the request.
